General Counsel/Agent/Managing Partner, is chartered with insuring each client with the proper contract negotiations for playing agreements as well as securing modeling, acting and any other endorsement opportunities that are available in the market.  Hettermann was a standout college player at Washington and Lee University and went on to play professionally in Ireland and England. Hettermann has worked for a top NBA General Manager, several leading shoe companies, and a prominent sports marketing/management firm. Hettermann spent time in the entertainment industry as well, making appearances in EA Sports, Nike and other high level advertising campaigns.  After all of these experiences, it only made sense to develop a resource for all aspiring athletes to turn their dreams into a reality.

Because Scott was a professional player, he has a superior understanding of the “players side” as well. Scott’s stellar networking and marketing, along with his law degree from William and Mary, have facilitated his excellence in contract negotiations. His consistent success with players’ agreements have garnered not only commitment from his clients but respect and appreciation from his athletes, teams, coaches and managers alike. He solidifies optimal terms for his clients, while pursuing lucrative opportunities in areas such as endorsement and marketing deals.

Director of Basketball Training, “Each client needs guidance and representation specifically tailored to their unique and individual needs. “  Parker is the director of our Basketball Training division, responsible for keeping PLJ Athletes in elite shape during the off-season while developing their skills to better their ability to compete at the highest professional level.    Parker brings 20 years of experience to the company, including a collegiate career at Drexel University followed by several NBA tryouts.

Raymond Strickland - (email)

Ray has the unique ability to connect with players through his professional playing experiences. He is committed to advocating for players in all aspects of the game. A stand out player at Alvernia University, Strickland was able to set numerous records going on to be one of the leading scorers in school history. After graduating, Strickland enjoyed playing professionally in the ABA, PBL, and Portugal. Since his playing days have ended, Strickland has gone on to be one of top trainers for FiDonce Player Development. FiDonce has trained a variety of talented NBA players including Sacramento Kings guard Tyreke Evans. In addition to his commitment to basketball, Strickland is also committed to his community in Chester Pa where he often runs free basketball clinics for underprivileged children. Ray’s educational background and sound communication skills assist each player in making decisions that best support them and their families.
